Wildgoose Rural Training Centre is a 6 acre smallholding and 36 acre Nature Reserve, providing opportunities for all people interested in working with the land, nature and animals to get involved, receive training and have some fun. They offer land-based activities and training to any individual or group of students in a relaxed, happy atmosphere. The therapeutic value of working with plants and animals has been shown to reduce stress, resulting in better physical and mental well-being.

We have been working closely with WRT to design and provide a new log cabin building for their site in Worcestershire.

The log cabin was supplied and built by Keops to full building regulations standard. The building measures 10 metres by 8 metres with an apex/ridge roof with heavy duty laminated shingle in Ontario green. It has full roof, floor and wall insulations and along with the double glazed PVC-U sash windows and aluminium doors ensures it is an energy efficient. building. The feature porch makes an attractive and practical entrance. Access is through the large bi-fold doors into a large room with open roof trusses and two smaller rooms leading off with extra wide doors.
