Keops Construction Week. Starting on Monday, for the next week or so we’ll be explaining everything you need to know about building your Keops log cabin.

Richard and Lois kindly took the time to send us an update on their new Keops Cottage Style log cabin and to tell us that their neighbours have “shed-envy” like you wouldn’t believe.

The delivery of a new Keops log cabin to Wasdale in Cumbria for the National Trust went without a hitch. Although one of our more trickier deliveries, our driver was reported to be brilliant, laid back and unfazed.

Huge congratulations to Alex Holland from Wales for winning the prestigious title of ‘Shed of the Year 2013’. Our clear favourite this year for the Readersheds competition.

Don’t forget to watch George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces on Channel 4 at 8pm. Episode 5 features a 1920′s showman’s caravan drunkenly bought on ebay (who hasn’t bid for something after a small sherry!)

The log cabin classroom was designed by Keops to replace the existing school building which was very tired and dated. Built to building regulations standard.

Paula tells us a little more about the new garden office project for Big Holiday House which has reached the finals in the The Shed of the Year 2012 competition.

Readers Sheds have announced their annual ‘Shed of the Year’ competition for 2011. There is a cash prize of £1000 up for grabs as well as lots of Cuprinol Woodcare products to be won.
