Robin, the lorry driver was most helpful in keeping me informed of his progress & managed to locate the cabin in our front garden so we could still use our drive (marvellous bits of kit, Moffat Mounty). My apologies for not writing sooner, especially since the news is good! We totally finished our cabin 8 days after we started (including a day off in the middle). We were blessed with fine weather until the Wednesday morning, enabling us to get the roof fully on and weather-proofed before then. In fact, we were up to roof level with side and rear walls by the Saturday evening after a morning spent carrying everything 330 feet up the garden.We used Cuprinol Clear, then Sadolin Classic Light Oak then Sadolin Extra Light Oak on the cabin. Thanks for all your help and for a great product.

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new cabin. It all arrived on time and the delivery driver was great telling us how to unpack and which parts to keep together etc, (we have no vehicular access to our back garden so it all had to be carried in). We had a great two days putting it together and managed to get it all treated before the heavens opened for the next week! I have been away with work since then and have only just got back so am going to enjoy some time in it this weekend, although I think I will have to eject the teenage daughter and friends first! They seemed to have moved in!

We had a successful delivery today of our garage! Unfortunately, the ‘all terrain’ forklift didn’t make it into the field, but the intrepid driver ferried it all into the front drive, and parked it all very tidily where we asked.

This was a big order for us, and I have to compliment your company on the handling of it. Your attention to the whole event, and your company’s attention to detail impressed me! It makes a change to having to write a letter of complaint, which seems to be more common these days!

I suppose you get loads of these – but I have to say it is hard not to be impressed by the final product and old fashioned service.

From the concrete base, delivery, construction and the final product, everything went to plan and on time. And the results and quality are better than anticipated. The integrity of this building is a long way from a shiplap, frame type garage and everyone in the street seems unable to pass without passing a favourable comment. It pains me to say it but I think, good value too.

I think you are aware that the only problem was a twisted french door, which I believe has been re-ordered. Again I was impressed as I did not need to point this out it was identified to me before I even went to see the cabin and a solution already put into place. Been meaning to drop you a line regarding the garage, it’s simply amazing. I’ve had about 10 or 12 people ask where it came from, so I’ve duly passed on your details.

We’ve been so busy getting it kitted out, we’re almost there, just awaiting the final coat of stain outside, guttering, and the wood burner!

The construction was a worthwhile addition, I was amazed at how quickly they built it, and the finish is superb. You were also a terrific help during the planning and getting the finer details sorted.

We will be planning on putting a chalet of similar size and style in our back garden in a couple of years time, so will give you a shout then.

We would just like to let you know how delighted we are with our cabin and with the service and communication from your company right from my first enquiry. Everything has gone like clockwork, delivery of the cabin took place at the time advised and the two guys that built it were absolutely first class – they arrived on the dot of 0710 and were all through mid-afternoon. We cannot believe the miles they do in a week!

We are well on the way to having completely protected it, only the weather has stopped us today – too hot to apply the Sadolin finish and no doubt too wet tomorrow and Sunday. I have just got home from the club where we now have our wonderful new changing room building which your guys have built in the last two days. We can’t thank you enough for the service you have all given to us over the last 9 months since we embarked on this major project.

From creating the drawings for the planners to completion today it’s been a long journey for us all. To watch Robin the delivery driver expertly handle the Moffat fork lift truck on Wednesday stacking all the pallets with great skill and care he is a credit to your company. Rick and his guys arrived very early on Thursday as promised and really got stuck in straight away moving all the timber around the green to the base. By the end of the day we had a water tight and secure building. They arrived early today once again and just got on with the roof shingles and floor and other finishing touches and as I said earlier now have our completed new building it will cetainly make a huge difference to our members.

On behalf of our club members I would like to thank all of you and the guys for the great service we have received from start to finish. We would recommend your company to anyone who is thinking of having a cabin built by you. We are very happy indeed, all we have to do now is look after it so it lasts many years as I am sure it will.
