Paula August 29, 2017 at 9:15 am - Reply Hi Hannah, It would depend on where you would be siting it. Planning permission is not usually needed if the caravan is to be sited in the curtilage of a garden and it’s use ancillary/overspill accommodation to the home (not a separate dwelling), in which case a Certificate of Lawful Development is required. Any mobile homes/caravans sited on other land or agricultural land will need planning permission. We always recommend you seek advice from your local planning department. Larry Martindale December 3, 2018 at 9:49 pm - Reply Once fully assembled, can the Skylark be readily moved in one piece on a trailer to a new site, or will it need to be disassembled? Paula December 5, 2018 at 10:51 am - Reply Hi Larry, Yes, once the Skylark is built it can be moved. It is lifted by crane and lowered onto a trailer.
