    Would this require planning permission?

      Hi Hannah,

It would depend on where you would be siting it. Planning permission is not usually needed if the caravan is to be sited in the curtilage of a garden and it’s use ancillary/overspill accommodation to the home (not a separate dwelling), in which case a Certificate of Lawful Development is required. Any mobile homes/caravans sited on other land or agricultural land will need planning permission. We always recommend you seek advice from your local planning department.

Once fully assembled, can the Skylark be readily moved in one piece on a trailer to a new site, or will it need to be disassembled?

      Hi Larry,

Yes, once the Skylark is built it can be moved. It is lifted by crane and lowered onto a trailer.
