I am interested in the Lugarde Prima Seven. I also would like to know how to erect the Cabin Do you install? The other interest for me is the thatched roof do you do that as an extra.

The Lugarde Prima Seven comes in kit form so you can opt to build it yourself or our team can build it for you (we would need your postcode to work out the construction price for you). You will need planning permission for this particular model as at 5.5m tall it is well over the 4m allowed under permitted development rights. Is that something you already have in place?
The thatched roof is something you would need to arrange yourself i.e get quotes from a local thatcher, otherwise felt roof shingles are standard and included in the price.
