    Hi there,

I would be grateful if you could give me a quote please for an Avocet mobile home but with a few changes.

I would like the synthetic slate tiles, a veranda along the front and left walls, to have no partition wall between the living room and kitchen/diner or to have a double door or double door “space” instead, no back window in the living room, move the back bedroom window to the right hand wall, and to have an extra window in the front bedroom on the right hand wall please.

I would also like a quote for your chaps to provide a base please.

    Many thanks,

    What about electricity and plumbing/waste?
Sorry it’s a bit vague but everything you could tell me about this would be most helpful.

      Hi Selby,

You will need local trades to do the plumbing and electrical work. Pipe work is usually brought up through the base or can be through the sides of the cabin. Our build team can help a little by placing electric cable in the roof when they build, leaving tails for second fix (to be completed by your fully qualified electrician).
