We can construct your cabin for you and offer a Nationwide and European service.
We can also carry out ground work and base preparation.
Our construction teams are from a satellite company of qualified house builders that have built thousands of our cabins over the past eleven years and laid hundreds of concrete bases and designed and built many timber support structures.
Teams will vary in size depending on the job from two to ten men.
Each team operates with a fully equipped van and specialist professional tools and access equipment.
They are all based in Worcestershire but will travel to each job and endeavour to be on site ready to start work at 0730 hrs.
Their “days” are generally long and they will work until it gets too dark (although they do have lighting gantries) to get the job finished.
Many cabins that we build are complex building projects that require a sound knowledge and experience of building techniques, safe working and meeting required building standards. We can provide this expertise. This work is not a job for “shed erectors”.
All team members are reliable and polite.
They (and we) carry third party liability insurance cover of £2 million and up to £5 million on commercial projects.
If you choose our construction service, our installation team will build it soon after delivery, but not on the same day. We do try to build the cabin within seven days of being delivered. You will be informed of the installation date when we telephone regarding delivery. Our team will check the contents for you. Surplus material and or scraps left after installation will be for your disposal, please tell our installers where you would like scraps to be left. If this is likely to be a problem for you, please notify us so that a skip can be arranged at an extra cost subject local charges.
It is essential that the base is ready to build on. The team do not come prepared to deal with non flat or non level bases. In such circumstances it may be necessary to postpone the cabin construction to another day but we reserve the right to charge for the wasted day.
May I take the opportunity to express my thanks to you all back in Evesham, but most particularly to the installers.
As you know from when you quickly visited, we spent a lot of time and money renovating our main house, using a wide variety of good quality trades people. So I can appreciate when folk do a good job. The three guys who did our job were stand-out. Probably the hardest working, most dedicated and with the greatest attention to detail of anyone we have had working for us.
We left them to it on Wednesday evening, to finish off and clear up before driving the long journey to Surrey. (We had to go out for the evening). So they had every excuse to potentially skimp a little at the end. Instead everything was finished superbly and the site was left virtually spotless.
You got some great contractors on your team in those three folk! And do please pass our thanks on to them.
