Hi, just looking at these mobile log cabins is that right you do not require planning permission?
What it is I’ve just found a plot of land classed as paddock/parcel of amenity land I’m really keen on this type of living and very interested in your 6 bedroom cabins. I would obviously have to seek legal advice but was just wandering what you thought any help would be appreciated thanks

In a nut shell – any mobile homes/caravans sited on agricultural land will need planning permission. Planning permission is not usually needed if the caravan is to be sited in the curtilage of a garden and it’s use ancillary to the home, in which case a Certificate of Lawful Development is required. We always recommend you seek advice from your local planning department.
