Full Steam Ahead for Mr P’s Model Railway Log Cabin

Mr P wanted a log cabin suitable for his model railway hobby. He chose a Classic style log cabin but because it was to be sited near his garden boundary, opted for a a shallower 12 degree roof pitch to keep below 2.5m height so avoiding applying for planning permission. A single glazed door and two VRI windows allow for plenty of light and he also opted for our box skirting to tidy away and hide electric cabling. We think it looks great and we love the colour scheme – Sadolin Superdec ‘Nigella’ blue with Super White contrast!

“Hi Rob,

I have attached two photos of my completed Log Cabin which I purchased & had installed by yourselves last September. I am very pleased with the quality of this Cabin. It is going to house my Model Railway Layout which I am having built inside.

Thought you might like to have a photo for your records including the colour choices I finished with. I did find it difficult to get photos from the Internet showing some colours. I had to try & imagine what they would look like, so these photos might help another customer with their choice. The more photos you have on the web site, the more help it is for customers to choose. I did what you recommended & purchased Sadolin Superdec Satin Woodstain. The colours chosen are Nigella Blue & Super White.

Thank you again for supplying a great quality Log Cabin.

Kind Regards.”
